05/15/20: We are seeing multitsystem inflammatory syndrome in children (MIS-C) in pediatric patients with COVID--19. Although children are less likely to develop serious complications from COVID-19 compared to adults, it is important to keep all their vaccinations up to date, as COVID-19 symptoms may be similar to that of a common cold or respiratory syndromes.  (Source)
